Don Waters was raised in Orange County, North Carolina, and has called Clayton home for more than 25 years.

A six-year United States Army veteran, Don learned early in life the importance of discipline, responsibility, integrity, and service. Those values became the foundation for his professional and personal life.

Don went on to become a successful business owner, creating jobs and providing services to communities throughout North Carolina. His experience has taught him that a successful business is about much more than providing a product or service—it is about the people behind it.

Don also built a distinguished career in the mortgage industry, becoming one of the nation's leading mortgage originators. Working with thousands of customers taught him the importance of listening, understanding people's needs, communicating clearly, and earning trust.

Today, Don brings that same knowledge and care to the pesticide and lawn care industry.

For Don, every customer is more than an account number. He believes in building relationships, providing honest recommendations, and treating people's homes and businesses with the same care and respect he would expect for his own.

Meet Ryan Waters

Ryan Waters is a proud Clayton, North Carolina native who has dedicated his life to serving others.

Before entering the pesticide and lawn care industry, Ryan spent 10 years serving in the United States Air Force. His military experience reinforced the importance of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and putting service before self.

Today, those same principles influence the way Ryan approaches his customers and his business.

Ryan is also a devoted husband and father. He and his wife of five years are raising their two sons, and family is at the center of what motivates him every day.

His commitment to the community extends beyond his work. Ryan volunteers as a youth coach, giving his time to help young people develop confidence, teamwork, discipline, and character.

For Ryan, being a business owner is another way to serve the community he grew up in.
